Features & Benefits
- Two independent differential cylinders operate through a four column guide providing the motive power.
- Twin coupled torsion bar linkages maintain parallel closure of the press throughout its stroke, preventing any deviation when faced with off-center loads.
- An automatic self-lubrication system continuously lubricates the balancing mechanism assuring precision and long life.
- A flywheel coupled pump provides a high tonnage cutting force while reducing the horsepower requirements of the motor.
- The hydraulic circuit features a built-in decompressor that reduces any shock and minimizes noise.
- The hydraulic system employs a fast head approach speed to maximize productivity and has a built-in slow down as the die penetrates the material to ensure accuracy between the top and bottom plies of the cut material.
- Press controls are conveniently located at the front right-hand side of the press, adjacent to the cutting area, and are designed to be both functional and user friendly. The press can be set or adjusted quickly and simply.
- Machines are available with single manual work trays or can be fitted with a variety of optional standardized feeding equipment and other devices to tailor to suit specific or individual requirements.
