- Recirculating ball screw carriage drive guarantees positional
tolerances of ± 0.004” (0.1 mm) - High precision four post mechanically adjustable stops ensure a repeatable accurate cut depth. Prevents over cutting into, or through, the nylon cutting belt and maximizes its useful life
- Clamping beam feed allows positive feeding of multi layered materials without slippage between the layers
- Continuous Nylon Cutting Belt (CCB), provides a feeding solution for all materials, especially flimsy or limp products that would ordinarily be difficult to feed
- Optional complimentary nesting software is available. Provides seamless input while providing optimized output
- Program memory of up to 9,999 individual nested patterns.
