Bandknife Splitting Machine
The NAF 470 G is a precision bandknife splitting machine used in the rubber and plastics industries as a production and laboratory machine.
As a special feature, machines in the G-series have an LCD display indicating the set distance between the bottom feed roll and the cutting edge of the bandknife. This ensures the desired cut can be achieved in the first splitting process.

Features & Benefits
- NAF 470 G has an LCD display of splitting thickness, scrap thickness, and a permanent display of machine management features. It also includes a thickness measuring device. The standard version of the machine has a clearance of 8 mm material thickness (optional 40 mm).
- The self-adjusting band-knife ensures a consistent knife edge position, and can be verified using the integrated magnifying glass. For splitting up to 10 mm, the display shows 0.05 mm steps. Over 10 mm, steps of 0.10 mm are displayed.
